@The Fellowship Initiative

In partnership with Bard College, The Fellowship Initiative helps young men of color throughout New York City acquire the skills, knowledge, experience, networks, and other resources they need to succeed academically and professionally through a three year-long mentorship program.

Bard College deploys the Brothers@’s group mentorship model and facilitation methodology to increase program quality and effectiveness.

The Work

Saturday Sessions 

Full-day learning activities in JPMorgan Chase’s offices two Saturdays a month during the school year.

College tours and visits

Trips to a wide range of colleges and universities to give young men early exposure to the wide range of options in higher education. 

Mentoring

TFI Fellows are paired with a JPMorgan Chase mentor. JPMorgan Chase employees volunteer to help guide TFI Fellows through High School and their career aspirations.
